Meet Jose — Master Personal Trainer & Corrective Exercise Specialist

Hi, I’m Jose—a Master Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist dedicated to helping adults, especially seniors, build strength, reduce pain, and stay independent.

With a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and certifications in Corrective Exercise, Nutrition, Kettlebells, ViPR, and Animal Flow, I design programs rooted in anatomy, physiology, and long-term health.

For nearly ten years, I’ve helped clients improve balance, posture, joint strength, and confidence through mobility, stability, and progressive strength training.

My mission is to make training empowering and accessible so you can move well, age well, and keep doing what you love.
